Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  insurance papers are in INDIA!! well, blow me away - on feb 4th my documents were sent to a post office box in saint louis. for the last week i have been calling the insurance company - blue cross blue shield federal program - almost daily to see if my paperwork is in the "system". i just found out that after the documents went to the p.o. box in saint louis they were then sent to INDIA to be scanned in the "system". UNBELIEVABLE ~

Dell computer tech support (you have to pay EXTRA in order to be guaranteed someone from the United States in tech support), your insurance company, American express ( I had to call once and the woman was in India and I could barely understand her - and she had the nerve to get pissy), I even read an article that wombs (yes! wombs) are being out sourced, Indian woman are carring babys for women all over the world.
