Default Cardio checkup

I had my pacemaker surgery on 2-12-08. Surgery went well and I was only in the hospital overnight for observation. I had a visit with my cardiologist on 2-1908. The pacemaker is checked with a circular instrument attached via an electrical cable to the testing monitor. The pacemeker if functioning properly, keeping my heart rate at a steady 60 beats per minute. Since surgery, noescallating heart rythm. My higher blood pressure is now a pretty steady 12/ over 80 with the help of the blood pressure meds I had taken for 10 yeras. Carddiologist said the pacemaker was working assisting my heart 40% of the time. It seems there are features in the pacemaker that can be turned on or off, and one of them is the ability to monitory your heart's beating history. I'll get rechecked in 2 months. At that teim, the cardiologist said she would turn off any non-neded "options" to help extend the long term battery life of the pacemaker. My immediate family members have mentioned that my facial color looks better since surgery too. Now, if I can just get all of the glue from the surgery off of my chest. The wound is closed with surgical glue (similar to crazy glue), and it really sticks. DAVE

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Yeah, that Dermabond is really powerful stuff! I'm happy to hear that you're doing so well! We can call this a successful surgery.
