i am stalled yet again....i try to do it all right...and still i am stuck more than i am losin.kind of depresses me.but oh well it will move sooner or later.how was everyones weekend? welcome newbies glad you could join us.

My weekend was fabulous after all, but this morning started with a bit of a bummer. I posted on my local board that most people can't take NSAIDS due to sensitive stomachs, but that my surgeon had me take them when I needed an anti-inflammatory rather than a pain med. Well, LOL! I am in serious need of an anti-inflammatory now! Can't believe people not only disagree, they get MAD! And personal. And this is my local group; people I see face to face.

Sad.

i don't get mad...i just know every doc is different.no need for anger over what another doc says.

Good for you; you have an open mind, some don't. I always think, if the pros themselves differ so much, who are we to say? We just muddle along best we can.

Lots of things I do P people off. I mix one part f/f milk, 3 parts water to my scoop of protein. I take my iron via injection, not infusion. I have the occassional atomic fireball. I drink coffee, but not soda. I eat rice. But heck, that's just me and certainly not recommended.

Anyway, I'll lay low on the other board 'til things cool down.

That's what I get for having a big mouth!!!

i drink coffee...in fact i put my protien in my coffee...my doc it's fine.i must have it lol
