Thanks for the reminder. I had my nut. appt. yesterday, and everything is fine. B12 is in normal ranges, but a little low, so I am going on a B12 nasal spray. You take it once a week. I have to fill the script today. I will let you all know how it works out. S

I am pleased. MY regular doctor told me that our
body stores b12...and the real deficiency wont
show for 2 years and once ur lo its hard to bring up
and back!
