Thanks for the reminder. I had my nut. appt. yesterday, and everything is fine. B12 is in normal ranges, but a little low, so I am going on a B12 nasal spray. You take it once a week. I have to fill the script today. I will let you all know how it works out. S

IF ur b12 is lo now start the nasal spray. I am pleased. MY regular doctor told me that our body stores b12...and the real deficiency wont show for 2 years and once ur lo its hard to bring up and back! SO get on it now! hugz

SHH plz get the NASCOBAL script filled. SHELLEY just started it SUNDAY and like me when i started it she couldnt sit still and was so busy. SHE thinks it helped her. SHE has taken b12 shots some along her year post op. SO maybe give it a try you have nothing to loose ((HUG)))
