Exclamation Help I'm panicking!

Good morning,

I am so panicking right now. I am 19 weeks post op and I weighted myself this morning and gained 2 lbs. How is this possible?? I noticed my wedding ring was tighter, do you think I am retaining water? Also I have been feeling bloated & gassy(sorry!) I have no idea what is going on. I cannot be gaining weight, I haven't changed my eating so I have no idea what is happening. It's too soon for me to gain weight back I am not even close to my goal yet. Help, any ideas on what is going on??? Thank you and sorry for the distress call.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

bounce bounce bounce...it's one of the most frustrating things in this journey...progress...then back-pedal. As Kenya said...watch the sodium intake, push your proteins and your water and you will be fine....DON'T PANIC!!!

Thank you. It's really comforting to know I am not alone with these issues and that you have gone thru this too.

As well as sodium, could you possibly be PMSing? You will retain water during this, and nobody seems to be able to lose during this, some do gain a couple of lbs or so.
((((((HUGS)))))) Hang in there, it's only a temp thing, you'll start moving again, soon enough.

Ok, so this is personal, but are you "regular" in the BM dept? If not, that can cause your weight to fluctuate. Probably is just a bounce - I'm right there with you!

On the BM note, I've noticed periodically, I get stuck....a little miralax in the coffee and the bounce seems to stop....that's excellent advice ladies...I didn't even think about that....want more info on bouncing...???? Go in the search bar and type BOUNCE. You'll find lotsa people who do this!

Regarding my BM, ever since I had my bypass I go every other day, so I'd say I am pretty regular. Also I do not drink coffee since my surgery. I am PMSing so I think this might be the calprat. I will see what happens after my menstral cycle comes & goes.
About getting more liquids, I am trying to drink more water but its hard. I hardly ever make my daily 64oz requirement.
