 i've noticed that i've been falling behind in my posts and have come to the conclusion that i won't be the next one to 1000.  oh well, my own fault, the truck had me side tracked for a few days, but at these prices i can't afford the gas to go out just for joy riding so you may see a bit more of me. trying to catch up

Since I finally have my computer up and running, I'm keeping my mouth shut and listening for a little while. That's a switch! Enjoy it everyone while you can LOL!
Doc's scale said 180 today, gym said 174, mine said 170. I have to drop 15. I haven't "dieted" in years. Ugh!
It's all because of two things 1) I haven't been to the gym except once since my surgery and 20 I haven't been drinking my morning smoothie and consequently get the early eve munchies.
Oh well, I know what I have to do.

thanks for the encouragement. friend will you sing for poembandit again? please? it worked last time and i think i'm gonna need her help to get there.   skinny dip, so which scale reading do you believe?

Hey Vicki...I would believe whichever scale was closer to telling me what I want to hear....but that is just me..lol. Best of luck chugging those smoothies and going to the gym.
