Sometimes I need a swift kick in the ***!!! I haven't lost not 1 lb in 5 wks. I don't really get it. I know I don't drink enough water,and I do like crackers,and I do eat some sweets. HMMMM.I can't eat very much at one time but I can graze!HMMMMM.OK OK someone set me straight on how to get back on track. Maybe I should do that kick start thiing! Starting tomorrow I'm gonna work out everyday!!!Did everyone hear that!!!! If I say it I gotta do it.Its been 5 mths, and I've only worked out maybe 10 times. The sad thing is I have a bike,treadmill,eliptical,a situp mach.,weight machine,etc....Allright lets have it,I'm ready!!!!!!!

put whatever you are munching on AWAY.
plan out a schedule of meals and drinks for the entire day and STICK TO IT STARTING RIGHT NOW!!!!. if you drink all 64 ozs you wont get hungry and you wont have room to munch.

COME ON YOU CAN DO IT!!! forget about starting exercise tomorrow or the next day, go for a walk RIGHT NOW!

Get your water in, throw out the munching food, keep lots of good protein stuff handy, and whenever you get the munchies, go for the protein snacks. If you're good on water and protein level, you shouldn't get the munchies, nor the sweet tooth.

This morning i tried to eat pot. and gravy, I've been suff. since. the rest of the day will be water ,water and more water.maybe a protien shake for lunch and some chix and yogart for supper. snack will be cottage cheese and friut.

yes it helps. try it. post in what are you eating. it will also give you ides for different things based off of what others are eating as well.

Get rid of the crackers! Crackers are evil

I made my husband stop buying crackers because I couldn't resist snacking on them. We switched to melba toast (which isn't as tempting for me, and much healthier for him).
