| The CENTURY club messed me up...!
Now that I'm over 100 pounds, it's like I feel like I can slow down. I still have 25 more pounds to lose, but I just have this overwhelming sense of being done now. It's good, as I've had several people tell me recently that I shouldn't lose any more. It's bad, cuz I REALLY want to hit my goal!
I need some encouragement. Last week, I ate things I shouldn't & I didn't even go to the gym. I've been stuck for a while, but the funny thing is, it doesn't seem to bother me now. It's like..."OK, you lost 100, you can coast now!!!"
Pick me up guys....I don't feel like I've given up...maybe just slacked off....which is ridiculous...I've come to far not to make it all the way home!

Kath, you have been one of my mentors and so to give back to you I will say first off you look ssooo amazing and you "could' stop but it is not your goal. I too, have slowed and have been eating stupid stuff at times so we all need to help each other a bit at times. You need to stay active in your gym routine even if it isnt as often as it was and as for eating.......go back to the lists from our surgs. and from other posts. we can and we will do this. Hang in there and best of luck to you. Kathy

You lose as much weight as you feel comfortable with. You look soooo gorgeous and I cannot wait to be where you are at now. My doctor only wants me to lose to 200 pounds and that is it. He even asked what weight I want to be at when I am at the end of my journey and I told him I want to weight right around 160 and 170. This is what he told me that 200 is an ideal weight for me and getting under 200 pounds is to much for me. He said I will look so good at 200 pounds. Now his assistant told me the weight I want to be at is ok and is fine with her. She thinks I will look great at around 160 or 170. So I am staying with my goal that I want, becasue I will not feel comfortable until I get to where I want to be. It is pretty much what my daughter said to me. Her goal is 135 pounds, she said even if it stays at 135 for only a few days she just wants to see the scale at that weight. But this is what she told me not to long ago, that if her body is happy where she is at, that is where she will stay, she said I am going to do all the right things that she is suppose to and if her body wants more off it will happen but if not she said she is happy where she is at now.
Now when I look at her, I do not know where the extra weight is suppose to come off her, because she looks so gorgeous just where she is at and can buy anything she wants and it fits her so nice. She weighs 155 & 160, she bounces back and forth between the weights. She is not obsesed with getting thinner she just lets it happen if her body wants to. She is making one change with herself and that is, she is letting her hair grow out, she has had a short haircut for so many years and she wants to have longer hair for now, but if it gets in her way or does not like it down the road, she said she is going to chop off her hair to where it was before. She said her short hair was no work at all and she is noticing that her hair need more attention now.

You go Kath! You have been someone that I have really admired during this whole journey. I know you can make that goal. I have no doubt that you will. Reaching that century mark was probably just the achievment of a giant goal and you just need to revel in completing it for a while. I am sure that the weight will continue to come off and if you can get back in the gym it will move even faster.
You gotta make it to your goal to help me see it can be done (no pressure or anything). Keep up the great work.
