Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass  |  YES!!!!...finally Today was my finally weigh in  i am done with all my appointments and it feels good  I got my final instructiions for surgery and was told to go back to phase 1 of south beach and be very strict with the carbs. . this is all surreal to me now i only have 7 days left before surgery before i start a new life WoW... i have half of my house packed to move things are coming together pretty go so if you don't hear from me i'll be pretty bust for the next week . So i would like to thank you all for being so kind and supportive during this time and and i'll post after surgery as soon as my internet is connected again so please pray for me and wish me luck__________________
