My husband is also much more touchy and feely now, I think all that fat got in the way and he could not hold me like he wanted to. With my big tummy I always felt like a mountain compared to my husband and I could not handle him laying on top of me becasue of all my weight in my tummy and he wanted to do that so bad but I just could not breath. Well now it is no problem at all and he just loves laying on top of me and I do not feel like he is laying on top of a mountain. Oh yes the sex is much better now, was really no problem before but is much better now.
