Ok i need you all to level with me here. i took some pics like i always do and for some reason today i dont feel right at all about how i look. i feel like i am teetering on looking ill. please be honest with me. maybe my head is playing games with me, i feel unusually boney today. do i look like something is wrong with me?? i mean i know i dont look anorexic or anything but look at my shoulders. my upper arms are so small i can almost get my hand completely around it. is that normal? i know im probably just really use to seeing myself heavy but i feel wierd about how i look today for some reason...

Picture 001.jpg

maybe im having a bad day emotionally speaking? i dont know. just post your honest opinion. i would appreciate it either way. thanks.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hey! I agree with Edie, I would flag that last 6lbs. with your height, any less weight and you might start stepping into 'too thin' territory (?)

But right now, You dont look ill to me.

You have done an amazing job though!

I remember when I was in HS, 35 years ago, and I watched a TV report on Cybill Shepherd, who was my favorite cover girl. She had the same hair and complexion I did. I am 5'8" tall, as she said she was. At the time, I weighed about 180 and had a pretty bad feeling about myself. On the TV show, she said she worked VERY hard to keep her weight at 140. And she looked healthy thin. (pic of her back in the day)

So, I am thinking that maybe you are entering a safe weight zone, Kenya. You look really good, and not emaciated. How do you FEEL?

LOVE the haircut, btw.

((HUGS))

Judijo.

Well, if you get below 125, that would be too skinny for you.
At the moment? You look fine.
And yes, you should be able to wrap your hand around your shoulder. You also should be able to cross your arms, not just in front of you, but across your back as well, at your present height-weight balance, and if you are lithe enough, be able to raise one arm behind your head and cross over to your back, and bring the other arm around your back below from your shoulder, and have your finger tips touch.
You're probably off from the few rough days from TOM.

You look great Kenya - I too recommend you let the other 6 go for now. You can always take them off if you feel you need to in the future. I think your face looks fine - I know my husband looked pretty washed out right after all his wt loss but you do not! Just enjoy your new body and have fun
