Almost there

ok so i haven't been given a surgery date but i called Rochester yesterday and was told that they are just waiting for the forms from my family dr. which i have left with him and should have by next tuesday. everything else, dietician, psychiatrist, gall bladder ultrasound are all ok and it'll take about a month after they get the family physicians letter. I will also be sending all of the stuff i originally sent to ohip, sleep test, letter from weight loss specialist ect. Glad i kept those. so today i'll be scanning about 15 pieces of paper and then faxing that. I'm getting so close, glad i have my truck to distract me.

congrats on being this close. I am excited for you to have a date and finally be on the post op side of things. best of luck.
