the past few days i have woken up in the morning so thirsty! my throat is so dry in the back i can barely swallow. what is that about?? anyone else have this??
i have resorted to popsicles. it seems to be the only thing that works to quench it. wierd huh?

Maybe it's your heat Kenya, could be very dry heat. Try putting a pan of water in your bedroom, it puts moisture in the air, or a humitafier (?)

Or hang a wet towel above the heater. Winter, along with the heat can reduce the humidity of the rooms to where it's too low.
Hope it's better in the morning.

Humidifier works wonders- I wake up like that when I have drainage at night down my throat. Are you even the slightest bit stuffy?

im up dry as the desert LOL. i had t get up for some water. i tried the pan. the radiator isnt even hot so i have no idea what the deal is. prolly the darn anti d's...i'll be off them soon....LOL! popsicle time!!

I use a humidifier and keep something to drink by my bed because I'm even then sometimes still dry. For me it's the dry heat and they're pretty cheap.
If you think you're allergic to your cat, loratidine 10mg (generic claritan) works really good for me, and it's a 24-hour one. You can get it pretty cheap at walmart, maybe $2-3 for 24-30, something like that.
