wanted to let you all know am fine despite every thing ok. despite all that agoing on . my back has not gotting better even though i lost 136 lbs . the sent me to a speicalist and he put me back in therephy my back is getting worse. my right side from my shoulder blade to below my right leg is bad. my right leg will colospe when i do certain exercises. the are no treating me for that plus got pting in my problem with my muscle knotting i my back. they have no diagonoised me has having scolios plus from caring all that weight i use to i have very bad falling arches and flat feet i try and get on here when i can will keep you all posted despite the pain i feel good just hard to get on here cause i just hurt to much to set at my computer. thank you all for all your encouragement  |
