OKAY...so....after losing my weight...and losing HAIR at the same time....I've had an interesting time of my new hair growth!!  It took a while to realize....but since I've had a BUNCH of new hair growth in the last year....my NEW HAIR is completely DIFFERENT.... I've gone from completely STRAIGHT HAIR..... To CURL!!!  I'm a bit frustrated with it...can NOT seem to learn the trick of dealing with curl....so here is a photo of my attempt today!! LOL....you can see my early photos if you don't believe my original hair was STRAIGHT as a BOARD!!!~

Yes that happend to me, my hair used to be straight and it becam very curly...it is still curly now i use a flat iron in the am to keep it straight. How are you Deb..miss ya.

You know, I am going through that as well. All of the new growth that is coming in is a lil thicker it seems and is very curly. Mind you that my new growth is still kinda short, but it is unruly to me. This coming from someone who used to get asked as a child/teen if my mom ironed my hair for me!?!?!?! I have always had very very straight thin as a board hair and now this new stuff is gonna end up kicking my butt! As you said, I am not used to having to deal with it, so I am not sure how to manage it! LOLOLOLOL Did I really used to wish as a child that I had curly hair? Yep...now I am getting it!! LOLOLOLOL

Seeing as I already have curly hair, I had wondered if it would do the opposite for me. I have finally come to terms with curls after almost 30 years since it became curly during puberty and would rather keep it. Deborah I like what you are doing with your new found curls. It looks very good. You will get the hang of it. They make so many products now to enhance the curl and it makes it easier to fix and go. |
