Thumbs down What A Mistake

AS YOU ALL KNOW I DONT DO WELL WITH BREADS, PASTAS, PIZZA, STUFF LIKE THAT. THE ONLY CARBS I DO WELL WITH IS LIKE MELBA TOAST CRACKERS OR A TOASTED TORTILLA WRAP (WHERE ITS ALMOST LIKE A CRACKER), ETC.

SO TODAY I THOUGHT I WOULD TRY A PIECE OF TOASTED LIGHT CARB STYLE 7 GRAIN BREAD FROM PEPPERIDGE FARM.

:b arf:

GOD NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! NOT ONLY DO I THROW UP BUT IT GIVES ME THIS WEIRD NAUSEATED FEELING SO BAD I DONT WISH IT ON ANYONE. SINCE DAY ONE OF THIS SURGERY MY POUCH HAS NOT CHANGED AT ALL WHEN COMES TO THESE THINGS

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I'm sorry you felt so bad. When this happens to me, it's usually something I should avoid (although it sounded like yours was reasonably healthy). At least now you know? Hope you feel better soon!

wow im sorry. maybe it was one of the extra grains LOL!! im kidding. i do fine with toast but it has to be dark breads; whole wheat and rye are good to go. i cannot do white bread even if it is toasted. it feels like it gets gummy in there....

im sorry this happend. looks like we are destined for a life of cracker sandwiches

Never had a problem with bread. But I've spoken to some women at support meetings who still cannot eat bread, even some 4 years post op. I prefer toast when I eat bread, whole grain only. Only exception is when I eat an occasional hamburger on a bun. But that's only about once a month. Feel heavy after eating it, but able to eat it OK. Spaghetti gives me a heavy feeling after eating too, but angel hair pasta is much better in this regards--don't get that heavy feeling.
