Default I cant believe I ate the whole thing.........

Quaker rice cakes, carmel flavored,3.25 oz. bag ate it ALL.... Why???? why would I do that, I feel like such a failure at this today. They tasted pretty good 7g protein 91 carbs. 0.5 fat total, 100 calories per the whole bag....but did I need to consume the whole thing? Such a old bad habit sneaking in I guess. Have any of you guys done something this crazy or am I just the lone fool??????? tks for the ear. Kathy

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

If you think about all the different 'bags' that are out there that you can eat all of - this isn't bad AT ALL!!!!!! Tomorrow is a new day and you'll start over then. Don't beat yourself up over it, we did that for years and look where it got us!
You're doing an amazing job (108 lbs down?!?!?!?!?!), keep it up!

it was such a small bag..only 3.25oz! I think I could eat the whole bag 3 weeks post op!!! If you don't like that you ate the whole bag, then I agree with Kenya, seperate them out next time. But a 100 calorie snack is not terrible. modify your snacks for the rest of the day to compensate.

you will be fine. In the old days I could eat an entire package of carmel rice cakes!

Im With Kath If I Like Somthing Way To Much That I Cant Control It Then I Dont Buy It. Nothing Wrong With That. Hving Those 100 Calorie Snacks In The House I Find Abit To Convient To Have Sitting Around The House And Then I Pick Them Up When Im Bored Or Hungry Etc. No Way Not For Me. When I Have No Snacks Like That Around Here It Forces Me To Eat A Healthy Snack Instead. That Works For Me
