Question Tail Bone Hurts

Someone mentioned something about a sore tail bone on one of the threads. Well I thought I would post this question. Why do our tail bone hurt so bad. Mine hurts alot since I lost all this weight. What is the reason for a sore tail bone? My daughter has the same trouble, that her tail bone hurts too. MIne does not hurt when walking, standing or laying, but it sure hurts when I sit. I have tried a pillow and that helps a little but not much. Are we going to have sore tail bones the rest of our lives?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

You've lost quite a layer of cushion in your butt...strengthen your butt muscle, that should help some.

Kitty, that was unexpected for me too! I sit at a computer all day so by 5 I'm miserable!!! I did take a nice fluffy (well, it used to be LOL) pillow to work to sit on. Wouldnt it be nice if we could target where we lose our inches? I have no butt anyway and it stinks having to sit on bones all day when I have a perfect "butt" sitting on my lower abdomen!!!!

I've known some gals who have taken the donut type cushion to work if they work sitting all day..it can help.

Do skinny people have this problem? I don't sit much, but it sure gets sore when I do!

Clancy, you are so funny!!!! I work sitting 8 hrs and mine hurts too. So I try to get up about every 2 hrs and give it a break. I look at the bright side of it though, this means I am getting thinner. My hubby wants to keep my big o' butt, but he will have to be satisfied with a Lil o' buttie.
