Default Has anyone ever!!!

Yesterday I was starving all day! I had half a sandwich at Panaria bread a cup of soup, I usually can't eat half the sandwich, then I had corned beef and cabbage for dinner , I weighed myself this morning and I had lost 5 lbs. Has anyone else ever had this happen,it was weird. I haven't lost 5lbs at once in quite a while usually 1lb at a time.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

That hasn't exactly happened since surgery - I'm only 9 weeks post op, but it does seem like when you are ready to drop a chunk you get the munchies, (is it for fuel, or our body going 'Oh NO!') but isn't it great that 1/2 a sandwich, a little soup and some corned beef and cabbage got you through it?! Before surgery, that might have been a whole lot more on that kind of a day! Congratulations on the drop!!

Hold on needanewme, you will be able to eat bread sooner or later .I don't eat alot and it helps if it's toasted.

I am agreeing that we sometimes can eat more and kick start a loss, also sometimes this will happen with a water retention loss!
