I am going to try to think positive and quit letting other people's negative words affect my moods. Acheivements since surgery: 1. No more throwing up from previous surgery 2. No more sore/bleeding throat from throwing up 3. I am below 200 lbs for the first time in atleast 5 yrs 4. I feel really good and am not tired at all 5. I am off all of my meds for hbp, cholesterol, diabetes I am really going to try and stay positive and also only weigh once a week and see how that goes. Thanks everyone for always helping me!

Don't you just wish you could whap some people upside the head once in a while...hello!! But rather then the stupid person getting in trouble for being stupid, we'd get in trouble for hitting them. I'm sorry if anyone has offended you or hurt your feelings. But you are right, you are loosing weight, getting healthy, feeling better in so many ways...Good for you!

Sarah, Honey you are doing amazing. I was about your size when I started this journey too and look at me 8 months later I am almost at goal. You will be here too before you know it. You had a little rougher time with having open RNY and you are doing an amazing job, you will get frustrated and things will seem crappy sometimes but overall you will have more good days then bad, hang in there honey you are doing great |
