Default Definatly not a problem but curious

Hi all long time!

OK her is m question Ive been at my goal for a while. Started introducting some carbs to stay stable. I cheat at times like for example yesterday for easter I ate piece of Banna cream pie and a resses peanut butter egg. I still make sure I drink all my water plus. Get all my protein. Also once in a great while I have a diet coke I read a post from doc that said it doesnt stetch your pouch just may cause some bloating (which i dont have that prob) so I treat myself once in a while.

Well with all this Im still losing slowlin .5 here and there. If I do ever go up I make sure i am very good so i dont gain more.

Belevie me I am not complaining but am Im afraid im setting myself up for problems later. Or is this normal if I keep it under control.

I do walk Every morning for 1 hour still.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

You're doing very well.
Keep up the good habits, and keep the control you are keeping now.
It will take some time yet for your new habits to truly become your habit and second nature, so stick to your present eating pattern. A treat once in a while is fine. Make sure it's once in a while.
Moderation is the key.
(((((HUGS))))))
Congratulations on your fabulous weight loss, and on arriving at goal.

I must agree with doc. Even though I try my best to keep "control" I do stray once in a while and have a piece of pie, or ice cream sandwich, etc. But this is not a dialy occurance. As long as your daily routine is pretty much the same, with hydration, protien, vitamins, calcium, AND exercise, then an occasional treat won't hurt. BUT, you have to have mental control over this habit, and keep it in moderation. If you start doing these "treat things" daily, then you've lost control and will probably have a problem keeping your weight in check. The tool is there, but you still have to use your head to make it work properly.
