I know what I need to do I just dont do it. I really need to get back on track. I think I am gonna schedule an appointment with my nut and my shrink and get the ball rolling to get back on track. | Super Moderator  | You still have the tool, and will always, unless you get a revision. Start with drinking water when you feel hungry and it isn't meal time, drink first when you get the urge to eat. Then get some protein in to tide you over. Go out for a good swim, exercise, whatever. Kids will drive you crazy, so for once, or twice...or whatever, drive them crazy instead (((((((HUGS))))))
