Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

More power to you. Wish I had the discipline or interest in journaling food. I do it with behaviors at the end of the day, but not food. Makes me nutty to count.

I never used to care much about nutrition, i ate when i felt like it and i ate whatever i want. recently with the changes i've been making i've been becoming increasingly interested in what i eat, how many fats, carbs and sugars have been my main concerns but with fitday i can also count calories and it's fascinating to me. i guess with wanting this surgery for my health i have become increasingly aware of what when where and how i eat. so this is just the next step for me. i find writting down what i eat everyday makes me think twice about what i'm eating and why. am i really hungry or am i stressed, depressed, ect.

I hear ya Vicki...I haven't had much interest in Fitday so far. I get too caught up in little things and lose the big picture...drive myself insane if I start being that controlling. I also start to eat more and get sick if I start obsessing over how many grams of protein I have not been able to get in. I am just doing my best and trying to make good choices without counting calories per se. But that being said I am glad that you have found something that helps you Freebird.
