I have had my blood work done and had a doctors appointment I am feeling much better these days then I have in the past. My weight loss is very slow these days but Im hopping that it gets moving soon. I am still over 200 pounds I feel i will never get under I just try to keep myself positive. I have melted away so many inches its unreal though I have a few size 12 pant  I thought i would never see that.I have picked up some bad habits that im trying to brake gazing and eating sweats so Im trying to nip it in the buns. thats about all I just wanted drop in let ya'll know Im ok
