Weight Loss Method - |  Yay me! I went to the nutritionist today ready to rip her head off because I was so upset that I have been following her instructions to a tee and no weight loss. I have followed her diet for about 1month and a half. According to my scale, I yoyo between 315-319lbs. The first thing she had me do was of course weigh myself. I reluctantly got on the scale (drum roll please.........) and I lost 11 lbs!!!!!  I couldn't believe it. I made her check and recheck. I was on cloud 9 I finally have some success. Thanks to you all who have supported me in my usually blah posts but TODAY , HAPPINESS
