Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass |  Funny Dump Ok so I took a trip out to Pheonix to see my Dad. He hasn't seen me since surgery so he was pretty amazed, which made me feel good. Then, a few nights ago, we sit down to watch a movie and i ate one to many mini trader joe choc chip cookies and made the mistake of drinking a half a cup of milk with them pretty quickly. All of a sudden I started getting flushed and sweaty and nauseated. I thought too things..hey Im dumping for the first time..and omg this sucks! I told my Dad I was gonna be sick and ran to the bathroom. I didn't end up puking, but I sat there on the floor for like 30 minutes extremely hot and nauseous. At some point, my dad comes and stands in the doorway. He didn't quite understand what I was going through, but was sympathetic. I told him I would be find and he disappeared and went away. Five minutes later he comes back. He put a radio on the floor and played a meditation CD! Then he lit an aromatherapy candle and put it down next to me..lol. He shut the light off and he says..there now, peace and harmony..lmao  I smiled sweetly and he left and no sooner than he walked away I started busting out in laughter under my breath. It sucked, no lie, but I will forever remember my first dump! |
