Default eating habits

ok so since i've been coming here friend has been telling me (and others) that changing your eating habits before and losing weight before surgery is a definite bonus. I have to say, even though i haven't had the surgery yet, that it is really helping me. I've been cutting down on stuff and slowly eliminating things from what i normally eat. i hardly ever crave junk anymore, find my tastes and cravings are now for healthy foods. and when i do crave something bad it is no where as intenese as it used to be. just a thought for those who are still pre-op and wondering how they will fare after surgery, try it, cut out a little at a time instead of everything all at once, it's easier on you that way, well that's what i found anyway.

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Good for you Freebird. I am glad that it is helping you and that you are having some benefits that you can notice resulting from your hard work. Here is hoping that you get your surgery date soon.
