A while ago I posted that I couldn't do the elliptical because I have no endurance. I decided to try it yesterday even though I knew I would be panting after 30sec

Well I DID IT!!! I was on the elliptical for 10mins at varying levels of resistance (0-3min @2,3-4min@3,4-5min@4......). I didn't even feel so bad at the end. Just had to share
