Wink I conquered the elliptical!

A while ago I posted that I couldn't do the elliptical because I have no endurance. I decided to try it yesterday even though I knew I would be panting after 30secWell I DID IT!!! I was on the elliptical for 10mins at varying levels of resistance (0-3min @2,3-4min@3,4-5min@4......). I didn't even feel so bad at the end. Just had to share

WOW...good for you! I can not (WON'T) use it...I want to live! LOLOLOL I used it a few times when I first started at the gym and begged my husband to kill me afterwards! I love my bike and the equipment at the gym.

I agree with Kath. I was only able to do about 5 minutes at a time in the begining and I am now up to 30 minutes most days. It does get easier and like Kath says its a kick your butt workout but oh so worth it.

I hope to build up to 130 steps. That would be awesome. I only did 60 steps but I think that's pretty decent for the first time

Very well done. ITs gets a bit easier each time. I was amazed that each time I got back on it I was able to push myself just a bit more. Way to go and keep up the great work. The elliptical is a great workout.

Judi....I can redefine knee issues for you.....I'm missing my ACL in one....arthritic in the other....YOU can do the eliptical with knee issues...it's actually low impact over a treadmill....start slow and build up!
