WELL SINCE YOU ASKED KIM, LOL LOL. I WILL TELL YOU ALL HOW IM DOING
WELL I HAVE TO SAY GUYS, THIS HAS TO BE THE ULTIMATE CHALLENGE.

I HAVE BEEN REALLY STRESSED THE PAST COUPLE DAYS WITH TRYING TO EAT MORE AND JUST TRYING TO DO THE RIGHT THING AND ALSO FINDING A REPLACEMENT TO CRYSTAL LITE. BECAUSE CRYSTAL LITE IS NOT SAFE FOR ME TO DRINK RIGH NOW. I AM ONLY ALLOWED TO HAVE THINGS WITH SPLENDA. WELL AFTER SEARCHING AND EXPERIMENTING I HAVE FINALLY FOUND SOMTHING ITS 4C BERRY TO GO's. I WAS REALLY GETTING UPSET CAUSE I HATE WATER AND EVERYTHING ELSE!!! OH AND THANK GOD IM STILL ALLOWED TO DRINK MY ACHIEV ONES BUT ONLY 1 A DAY SINCE IT HAS CAFFINE. BUT IT IS MADE WITH SPLENDA AND MY NUT WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE TASTE ( I BROUGHT ONE FOR HER TO TRY) AND ALL THE HIGH VITAMINS AND FOLIC ACID IN IT.
I WENT TO SEE MY NUTRITIONIST (i love her! she is also like a therapist!!) AND SHE HAD TOLD ME TO TRY AND UP MY CALORIES TO AT LEAST 1200 WHICH IS REALLY HARD. THE BEST I CAN DO IS 1100 AND I DONT ALWAYS SUCCEED!!!! BECAUSE MY APPETITIE LIKE WITH THE FIRST PREGNANCY IS GETTING SMALLER. ALSO TO ALTER MY DIET AND DO LOTS OF HIGH FIBER FOODS SINCE THEY CONTAIN ALOT OF FOLIC ACID WHICH I NEED!!! I HAVE FOUND THIS BLACK BEAN SALAD I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! BUT EVEN THOUGH I AM TRYING TO EAT MORE
WHICH IS SO DAM HARD AND STRESSFUL SO I JUST TAKE IT DAY BY DAY AND I DONT SWEAT IT IF I CANT EAT THAT MUCH THAT DAY. IM STILL LOSING WEIGHT WHICH IS PROBABLY DUE TO MY METABOLISM IS STARTING TO SPEED UP NOW THAT IM PREGNANT. SO I WILL FIND OUT FROM MY DOC IN 2 WKS HOW MUCH I CAN AFFORD TO LOSE AND STILL BE HEALTHY FOR ME AND THE BABY BECAUSE NO MATTER WHAT I DO LATELY IM LOSING POUNDS AND STILL INCHES. AND WITH MY 1ST PREGNANCY I HAD LOST 30LBS JUST FROM NO APPIETITE AND BEING GESTATIONAL DIABETIC. NEVER SICK THOUGH

OF COURSE I WAS HEAVY AND WAS ABLE TO LOST 30LBS WITH NO CONCERNS WHILE PREGNANT. BUT I REALLY CANT AFFORD TO LOSE 30 WHILE IM PREGNANT THIS TIME OR AT LEAST I DONT THINK I CAN SO I WILL TALK TO THE DOC
I AM WEARING A PAIR OF JEANS I BOUGHT 2 WKS AGO THAT WERE REAL SNUG AND ARE NOW VERY VERY LOOSE!!!
I DO GET SAD AT TIMES BECAUSE IM SOOOOOOOOOOOOO AFRAID THAT AFTER I HAVE THE BABY I WONT BE ABLE TO LOSE MORE AND GO PAST MY GOAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!

ONE THING I HAVE DISCOVERED ABOUT MYSELF IN THIS NEW JOURNEY OF MINE IS WHEN THE NUTRITIONIST TOLD ME TO START EATING MORE I FELT SOOOO STRESSED, ANGRY, UPSET AND FELT MYSELF FIGHTING IT. ALSO I EAT ALOT OF LOW CARB, LOW CALORIE AND LOW FAT ITEMS WELL SHE WANTS ME TO START TRYING TO BUY REGULAR WHICH THREW ME BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!! I JUST CANT I TOLD HER!!! ITS SUCH A MENTAL THING WITH ME I JUST CANT EXPLAIN IT. SO AFTER TLKING WITH HER I WENT TO THE STORE TO FIND SOME NEW THINGS TO EAT AND REGULAR FOOD ITEMS. WELL IN THE STORE I FELT LIKE I WAS GOING TO HAVE A BREAK DOWN I JUST COULDNT DO IT!! BUT I COMPRIMSED WITH CHEESE AND BOUGHT A REGUALR MUNSTER CHEESE INSTEAD OF LOW FAT OR FAT FREE BUT EVERYTHING ELSE I STILL BOUGHT LOW IN EVERYTHING. I FIGURED ONE STEP AT A TIME. WELL I ATE SOME OF THE CHEESE BUT FIND MYSELF BACK TO THE FATFREE. I DONT LIKE THE REGULAR AND JUST FELT ANIEXTY WHEN I DID EAT IT. SO I CALLED HER AND TOLD HER HOW IM FEELING SO SHE SAID OK JUST TRY TO UP YOUR CALORIES AND WE WILL SEE HOW THINGS GO.
AND SINCE IM NOT MUCH OF A DUMPER SHE ASKED ME TO EXPERIMENT WITH ORANGE JUICE (not watered down) ONE CUP A DAY CAN HELP YOU TO ABSORB FOLIC ACID FROM OTHER FOODS. WOW WHO KNEW. ANYWAYS I HAVE BEEN DRINKING IT FOR 2 DAYS AND I REALLY DONT DUMP THAT MUCH, I HAVE ONE CUP EVERY MORNING AND MY HEART RACES A LITTLE AND GET SHAKY BUT NOTHING TO BAD. SO I WILL GO WITH IT IF IT HELPS.

BUT ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS THIS IS DEF A ROLLER COASTER OF AN EMOTIONAL JOURNEY AND REALLY REALLY REALLY HARD. I GUESS I JUST DIDNT EXPECT IT TO BE LIKE THIS. BUT IM AM HAPPY!!!
