Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass   |  Official Weightloss for last week Ok so Monday was weigh in day and I have to report I lost the 5 pounds I had gained. So 5 pounds in 7 days not bad if I do say so myself. Thats the great thing about this tool, you work it like you are suppose to and it works, go figure....lol.....I am also happy to report the gym is amazing, well except today didnt go sick fam doesnt allow it but still....oh and I also got TOM yesterday so I lost and got stuck with the dreaded beast |

| Becka I am so happy for you. I am still struggling but doing better than before. I think I need to join Curves. We have a great gym on post but I don't like working out with the grunting and groaning weight lifters and the little girls that wiggle their butts in front of them. I guess in my mind I still feel like 254 lbs.

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Jeane I refuse to go to the post gym, I joined 24 hour fitness for that reason alone. I have a free gym actually 3 at my disposal really close to home but refuse to use them. Kathy I feel like death warmed over, my chest hurts, my nose is running, my throat hurts...uggg and my baby is running a 104 fever that wont break, so I am up every 4 hours giving him tylenol and motrin (alternating doses of course). I am drinking green tea because I am so freakin thirsty and water just isnt doing it for me. uggghhh calgon take me away |
