My goals for this surgery were simple..100lbs loss by Christmas.. Success.
150 lbs by my birthday..then another 100lbs by my birthday in 2009.
Next week is my Birthday. I need 1 lb. ( of course it varies day to day ).
I fluxuate 2 lbs usually...It has been like this since Jan. I get down to 310 then next day I am at 312.. It does this for about a week then I lose again. I don't worry about it. I am close enough to my 2nd goal to call it a success..
I hope everybody is doing fine.
