| 8 Pounds Possible?
I have a question. My goal was to weigh 199 when I went back to my next doctor's appt. My appt is scheduled for 4/22. Does anyone think it's possible to lose 8 pounds for me to get to that goal in that time frame (2 weeks). My weight loss has slowed WAY down, so any ideas on how to get the 8 pounds off in the next 2 weeks?
HELP!!!! All advice appreciated!!!

Thanks everyone. Kathy, one question, what in the world do I eat that has LOTS of protein and LITTLE carbs/fat? HELP!!! I really want to do this.

do you use any protein supplements? I use the VHT Smoothie extreme ( www.a1nutrition.com)...it's only 160 calories, 35 grams of protein, no fat or carbs....I also use profect bullets to supplement when I run short on foods I've eaten. They have 100 calories, 25 grams of protein and no fat or carbs!
Last night for dinner, I had a small piece of round steak 3 ounces...and 1/2 cup green beans....LOTSA protein....I'm also pushing about 100 ounces of water a day...!

Kathy, I do drink the AdvantEDGE Low Carb Protein drinks. It's 11 oz. for 110 cal., 2 carbs. How's that?
