Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Hey Lisa,

I actually sent you a pm. I am doing better. I had to be readmitted on Saturday due to dehydration. I started throwing up friday night thought it was better saturday morning but wound up to sick to drink and if I did it came back up. I came home yesterday and am doing better. Completely exhausted but some what better. My vision is real blurry and now I HAVE TO WEAR my glasses that I have had for over a year. I think exhaustion or lack of calorie consumption might be the factor. Well I have to go get more water cause I am getting thirsty! I am hoping to be on chat tomorrow night!
Love to all of you!
Courtney

Hey cabbie, I sure hope you'll be feeling really better soon. Are you doing better at holding down the liquids now? Can you take your vitamins? If you are having trouble with your eyesight, it might be advisable to add Vitamin A to your regimen, as it is important for the eyes, and there have been some reports of post ops having trouble with their vision due to lacke of VitA. Be sure to ask your surgeon about this on your next visit.

Oh Courtney...that is so hard to have to be readmitted so early out like that. I hope that you are doing much better soon. I am having a hard time today with getting things down...at least the stuff I should be. Right now all I crave is crackers and cream cheese. I know it isn't the best choice...but for now it is something. I hope that you are able to keep things down and that you are able to update us on the situation.

Talking Prayers for you sweet friend....

Court....
It was great talking to you yesterday....sounds as if you are doing better and keeping your purees and liquids down.
You take it easy...and accept the help that your mom and Jeff give you...esp. with the kiddos. I'm praying that your right side will numb...and the pain will die down. I totally understand about the "weirdness" when you take the loritab. As quickly as I could I got off of that!!

Keep us updated....and if you need anything...even a listening ear - let me know!!

You are in my thoughts and prayers....

Hi guys I am home and have been since Monday night. I am definitely feeling better however keep getting exhausted. The computer is upstairs and I am not able to access it all that often, when I am up I always seem to have to do something for the kids and I have forgotten my water and so on. I could not get on last night, my mom needed the computer. I am hoping to figure out how to get on more often soon!! Thank you so much for all the well wishing! The thoughts and prayers! I am so glad to have all of you here to talk to. I am still definitely going through the funky stage and the "should I have" not that it isn't to late but you guys know what I mean I am sure! I am sure as soon as I get use to all of it I will be fine. I hope this finds all of you well! I have been able to keep down vitamins and I notice that it seems to be an exhaustion thing! Although I am wondering if I got a little piece of egg drop soup stuck cause I feel like there is a little discomfort there, no pain just discomfort. Well dinner is being served so I have got to go! Love to all of you,
Courtney

Hi Cabbie,
What you had to go through really stinks. Hopefully you will be able to take in all the liquids and solids that you need for a quick recovery. Once I was able to get in my protein, after the 1st 2 weeks is when I turned the corner.
Good luck and God bless,
Kat
