Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | I just wanted to say hello. I have been locked in my room for the last 2 nights and have taken the next two days off from work in order to finish the first 3 chapters of my thesis. My educational journey and my WLS journey have really caused me to dig deep within myself and taking me to a new level. I want to encourage you all to continue to strive for renewal of self. The world can be such a challenge at times and we cannot control (nor do I want to even try) the actions of others. We can change ourselves and the way we respond to the challenges that we face today. This takes a lot of self reflection and effort but it worth every minute. Our individual changes may not change the world, but we will influence change in a few which will have a profound impact. Have an excellent day. I am going back to my room now. |

Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass | Thanks for asking...now that I have come up for air I can answer the question regarding my topic. I am looking at the idea of coaching the underperformer employee. My problem is that I am now questioning my research question after doing the literature review. There is so much literature about this subject and I need to make my "research" something original. Any thoughts? Based on the topic, what would you want to know specifically? My organization implemented several trainings for management centered around engaging the employee and coaching the employee. So I thought about testing the effectiveness of the training and if the organization saw positive results from the training. What do you think. I am a bit scared to go with this one because that would require specific permission and I am afraid that the organization may be feel threatened. |
