Angry gain 4 pounds(vent)

I have not done nothing differnt nothing and on comes 4 pounds what that Im so mad right know I cant get under 200 i have been hovering between 209 and 201 since december and i have had enough. It emotionally starts getting to ya. I understand you have to have a stall but for peets sake this is a bit much.

In the beginning i tried to stay positive but now that is down the tubes and i feel like im done this is what its going to be for me.

honestly Im glad im down 120 pounds but if its going to stop here then i feel i went through all that for nothing

I have seen people that notice my hair is different more then the fact that i have lost 120 pounds so I gess what I see in the mirror at this point is what everyone else is seeing and im not happy at all.

sorry for the vent

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

Honey this may be the point the surgeon pointed out to me that I have to take over. He explained to me the surgery only took care of 50-75 % of the weight I needed to lose. The rest would be up to me to figure out. Now I dont know if this is what is happening or not.

Some advice he gave me was when I did stall out for 2 months is to look at my calorie intake for the day. Make sure it was under 1400. I dont count them yet because I havnt had the need to. Alot count the fat and carbs to where mine told me to count the calories when I started needing to. His theory is that you can have no fat but a ton of calories in somthing your eating and its defeating the purpose.

So I really dont know but its a suggestion? Mabye try it for a week and see.

Sometimes a stall means you just need a kick start again. Like the other girls were saying about counting calories. Keep a food journal for just a week and see what you are really eating in a week then if you see that there is a problem you can work on it but dont be upset you look great and all good things come to those who wait..

First off....you look great and have lost over 120lbs which means you are a huge success. Stop and think back to 325lbs and how much has changed and how much healthier you must be.

I am sure it must be frusterating when you still want to lose more weight. I agree with the other posts in that you need to track what you are eating...go back to protein first and maybe up the exercise a little or switch it up. I am sure it will come off you may just have to work a little harder then in the begining. Also....I got on the scale the other day and it said I gained 3 lbs. I immediatley freaked and went and got on the treadmill and did 3.5 miles. The next morning all 3lbs were gone plus 1 extra . I was probably retaining water or something. Maybe it is just an off day for you. Women go through that!!!

Good luck!!
