Weight Loss Method - |  Had so much fun this weekend! I went to a bridal shower for one of my close friends from highschool in Massachusetts. I drove down with her mom. That was an adventure...20 minutes into our trip we got a flat tire and had to turn back 3 exits to go to WalMart to get a new tire. Needless to say that set our trip back. That and the fact that her mom didn't know the way to her house in the dark so a 2.5hour trip took 5 hours  I got my first pedicure ever I fought all the way to the day spa that I wasn't going to allow anyone to touch my feet but in the end I gave in. Glad I did. The beautician gave me coffee and I wanted to clean up my mess. She asked if I ever pampered myself. Of course not silly lady....she said I needed to more often. I agree....anyone up for a tropical paradise vacation LOL

I broke out in a cold sweat, like I was going to faint. Classic panic attack. I yelled at my daughter to get me a towel. I jumped out of the chair and ran out. Told her the pedis could be just hers from now on. I don't like ANYBODY touching my feet.
