| WLS Mentor | so i have told you that i am using fitday.com, i am amazed at how fast calories add up. I never was one for this type of thing until recently. i love entering the foods that i'm eating and learning about them. So far i have been mostly under 1100 calories a day, except for 2 days when i was at 1200 and something. it really helps me keep to good eating because i don't want to go to high with calories and i'm trying to eliminate as much carbs as possible. i will be going at the begining of next week to get weighed. I went yesterday but there was a sign that said, closed due to family death, back in one week. I am assuming that that means next mon. depending on when they closed though, anyway, i can't wait to see if i've lost again. i kinda feel like i've gained but i feel that way everytime i go and end up that i have lost. so fitday is helping me alot. i do have to measure and weigh things now, which i've never done before, but that's good to i think, letting me know how much a serving size is will be benificial in the future if not now also

| WLS Mentor | so as i said in another post, the fitness club that i was going to has gone out of business, so now i have to try all over again to find a scale that goes to my weight. Probably have to go to Ottawa. Roo and i talked about this when i was looking for one before and thinking of buying one myself, it's not like i'm going to need such a high regeristing scale for very long, especially after the surgery so we debated about buying one and decided to hold off till i can just register on a regular scale, much less money, and then i found the one at the fitness club. It really sucks that this place closed because they were going to give me a 3month free membership.(oh sorry to go on, we were talking calories and fitday right?) like i've said before i never was one for counting calories but now that i found such an easy way to do it i love it. it is helping me decide what to eat before hand because i'm trying to keep my calorie count to a certain level everyday. i love being able to register my daily activities and see how many of those used calories were expended. I am also amazed at some of the calorie count for things. Stuff i thought had more and stuff i thought had less. it is really helping me though, i had a craving for a Reese peanut butter cup last night but didn't do it because i didn't want the extra calories in my log.
