Weight Loss Method - |  I have almost conquered the beast Well as you know in another thread I had posted that I hated elliptical. TODAY I have conquered my fear. I was on the elliptical and one of the trainers in the gym said jokingly that she wanted to see me do it for 20min. I told her ya right! That was a challenge to me so I DID IT!! I was on the elliptical for 20 min. and 3 sec thank you very much. I did it at varying intervals . My thighs were burning but it was so worth it
