just wanted to say "HI" found this site yesterday and met a few of the people in the new chat area. MY name is Lisa i am 43 years old and a mom of three kids. I work in my home as a family daycare provider.

I had my gastric bypass surgery JUNE 1, 2005 and so far i am down 127 lbs. MY weight is comeing off slower now but i feel great and would do it again in a flash! I battled obesity all my life. I was always good at looseing weight but it always game back plus more. SO this time i hope my birth defect was fixed and i permenanently can stay thin!

OMG! 127 pounds in less than 7 months? That is so awesome.

Bet it makes daycare and3 kids a LOT easier!

And we get to teach our kids good eating habits and hopefully break the cycle.

Way to go!
