Default My bones hurt

I think it's finally dawning on me why I can't sleep and I end up so tired and cranky. I thought it was the big M, but man, oh man, my shoulders and hips hurt! The bones feel so uncomfortable against the mattress and I toss and turn all night. I haven't had a new mattress in 15 years and now that I've lost my natural one, I'm realizing this thing is shot.

Hard chairs and spinning hurts, too.

And I'm not even skinny! 5'10" 165 size 10. Nevr will be a small girl, that's for sure.

Whouldda thought?

Vicki

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

I would say its time ...
I invested in a new one feb 2005 and its amazing
the new mattresses available.

I guess with no more padding around you
you feel the hardness on things. I know i doo
at times my butt hurts now on hard chairs
never had that before but i lost all my padding
and my built in cushions! GO figure

hugzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

you can always use this discomfort as a motivation to buy a new mattress. and while you are at it you can invest a good brand-the new orthopaedic mattresses, i have heard lots of good reviews about them.

Okay so I went to Nascar yesterday with hubby and have to admit that I was shocked at how much less built in padding I have now...lol. It was a good thing that Terrence's friend/co worker from his Honor Gaurd brought a pillow that he was willing to let me use. Such a sweet thing to have to use it for a change...hehehe.
