well ok i have been dealint with this pain that has been gettin worse if i get up and walk around bend or hug my husband he hugged me last night an i thought i was going to jump out my skin.....well i had about enough called the dr's office and had to talk to dr on call they said it sounds like an insisional hernia in the making OHHHHH GOODY.....so i have to call my surgeon tomrow for him to check me out....and let me tell you the dh is having a cow saying i didnt sign on for this.....WTH

You are still very early out and doing a LOT of healing. I actually had a stinging pain in the middle of my abdomen for QUITE a while...I worried about it, but it finally subsided....hopefully, there is nothing wrong and your body is still recovering...

Aww ((((((HUGS))))) I'm glad that your surgeon's office listens to you and is ready to take care of you. Hope everything turns out fine. In the mean while, let's see what your DH will say in another 3 months or so.

I had similar pains, they ran tests and nothing showed up.... turned out to be really bad gas pains. They gave put me on an OTC med for it and that took care of it. I think because I was sore from the surgery, the gas pains were more intense. It was some of the worse pain I have ever had.

Hopefully your solution will be as simple as mine. Will pray for you.

sorry to hear you are going thru this hopefully it is nothing, dont let the hubby get you down, i am sure he is itching to say told u so..but like doc said he will have lots to say in 3 months!!

Oh I hope its nothing. I know I had some serouse pain ended up at the surgeons in tears, he ran tests and did a CTScan and it turned out to be gas, never in my life did I think gas pains could hurt so damn bad. Try chewing some gas X and see if that helps any. I know if I had it to do over again I would call my surgeon in a heartbeat, since you never know what it could be so I think you did the right think calling. Its alway safer to er on the side of caution

ok this is the deal i listened to the dr ever so wisely cause i really needed to get this pain to stop or let up cuase m vicodin didnt even touch it i was on the brink of tears (i have a good pain threshold) well she told me to rest lay down put a moist hot pack on my spot of pain well i did all of the above and stayed in bed....LOW AND BEHOLD this morning no more pain...i attribute it to my being a moron...pushing my self and pushing hard i made myself walk and do more walking threw the pain even if it got worse til a point of were i wanted to fall i almost fainted one time....i just want to get on with my life and start losing and get active and it seems that me being active isnt goin to happen to quick well as quick as i would like in my book....oh ya on a positive note i tried on my pants that i tried on right before surgery and they are LOOSE were they were tight and i didnt have to fight to zip em up THANK GOD im starting to see the results for myself....i actually looked at me for me today in the mirror and checked myself out HAHA as silly as it sounds i did it i looked at me looked at my butt that is suprizingly going down YEAYYYYYYY big highny is goin down and i dont have to worry about my butt comming into a room 5 minutes after i enter it LOL ok im done thats my update for now thank you all.....
