Weight Loss Method Roux en Y Gastric Bypass     |  I made it to my 1 year mark Saturday was my one year iversary of having the weight loss surgery. I knew i was doing good cause i see it in the pictures. But to see those results in acuall mearsuremnet flipped me out. When i first had my mearsurment done i was 402 lbs and my hips were almost 80 inches around my waist was almost 60 inches. my chest was at 46 inches my rest at almost 9 inches and my ankles were 24 inche cause water weight my upper ;egs were almost 75 inches around cause of fluid. i was on 17 meds twice a day. today am down a 137 lbs my hip size went down to 51 uinches my waist down to 42 and my wrist down to 6 1/4 inches. my ankle are back to normal size i have no water weight gain any more and my shst is almost at 38-40 size and i went from a 5 x clothes to a 2x and smailler depending on the styles. that when i seen the big differebce and that was an accomplishment for me and made me feel the diffirence caus e i seen that result even though i look in the mirror i see that person that over weight some days. my meds went down from the 17 to 4 at night and 2 in the morning. and off all inhalers. i walk more i feel more energy despite all my back trouble i want to do more every day. it maKE MY LIFE SO MUCH FUN CAUSE I CAN KNOW MOVE TO DO MORE THINGS. i can even cross my legs and i don't even remember that lst time i did that are to run up the stairs instead going up one foot ata a time, thnak you for all your support i try and get on here when i can but most time i just don't set up on my computer much cause of my back in so much pain. right now am i have to take it easy cause i pulled a major muscle in my back.  |
