Cool Are You Slacking?????

As a weight loss surgery patient, finally feeing the sense of our own independence, liberty and freedom is exhilarating. However, we are
all human and begin to slack, slip up ....so i am going to make a few
declarations for myself to help get back on the healthy eating track
and finish looseing the weight I truly want off....feel free to add more
and declare your independence!!!

My DPI will be:

I declare that I will consume an adequate nutritional intake of protein each day.

I declare that I will drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water daily.

I declare that I will incorporate 20 to 30 minutes of movement, activity or exercise into my day each day.

I declare that I will not indulge in the unhealthy habit of GRAZING.

I declare that I will conduct a regular review of my life to ensure that I have not relaxed any of my healthy post op havits. I will remember that if I return to my old habits that me me morbidly obesite, I will regain my
weight back.

I declare that i will take my daily vitamins and supplements required
by my surgeon.

I declare that I will stay away from the EVIL carbs, and choose foods
with healthy carbs only....

I think by writing this declaration of personal indepnedence for myself it will declare my commitment to a healthy lifestyle and success as a weight loss surgery post op.


I am going to read this over and over when i feel im slipping up and work
hard daily to stay on track. WHO's next to create there DPI???????????
I think this will help me keep on track by promiseing to do better each
day!

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

i'm not post op yet but i have one promise or declaration that i made to myself a few months back

i will treat myself as i would treat my best friend, doing the things that i would want my best friend to do for herself for myself. i will become my own best friend

A good list to keep on the fridge...and at work.....and in my purse.....and when I go out to eat......and in my husbands lunch bag.....ect...ect...ect....oh and on my cumputer on these late nights when a craving creeps up.....
Annnddddd on my dinner table to remind me that it woud be a good time to hit the track for that walk I've been putting off.

Good things to remember and thanks for the great reminders...we get so lost in our lives we forget to take better care of ourselves.
Not a good thing especailly now....

thanks lisa for the motivating words. i will pass them on to my friend who is going for surgery soon. she is in a pitiful mental state, so unstable about everything and i am trying my level best to make her feel better and more positive about herself and her decision.

I Declare that I will try to treat those around me with more patience and kindness. I will try to remember that I don't have to be so sensitive and that I am allowed to feel good about myself.
I declare that I will try to dance a little everyday to celebrate this life and my second chance to live it.
I declare that I will stop feeling guilty over not having done this sooner and all the mistakes regarding eating that got me to this point.
