My GP has two nurses. One who does not like me, and one who doesn't know me well enough to not like me. (long story...#1's feelings are justified. )
I got a hold of #2, and told her about my surgeons huge preop lab requests. She read over the fax I sent on Friday, and said she would call me back.
Guess what...she called me back! AND told me to be there at 2PM for EKG and chest xray. I complied. She gave me a HUGE lab slip, told me to get it done Wed morning, and all will be signed off and faxed to the surgeon by Monday.
Surgery Tuesday at Noon.
This is going to happen, people!
