Its funny because I've been going slowly along now for about a month. 1/4 of a pound -- 1/2 pound here and there, stalls for days at a time, but still in general going down -- then all of a sudden today I get on the scale and WHOOSH! 3 pounds GONE! Amazing! Of course, I guess getting back on my excercise regimen may account for some of that!  I'm so bad when it comes to being consistent with my excercise. I wish I would have become addicted to it -- but I'm not -- I just know I need it. Ah well, three pounds is still three pounds gone and that is great! Little WOWs are just as good!  |
