 |  OMG I feel like a bottomless pit
So I got over the flu last week FINALLY, did amazing with keeping on track but this week has been the week from hell literally in all areas. Monday and tuesday my 10 year old had the stomach bug, vomitting and diareaha. Then yesterday my daughter comes home with the same thing. Now as for me I have been wanting to eat everything thats not nailed down. I am absolutely out of control.  It is getting close to TOM but damn it already I worked too hard to fall back into my old routine, I feel like the fat girl is taking over again I kind of wish I was sick so I wouldnt WANT to eat.

I get days that I want to just eat and eat and eat, but I have no excuse becasue I do not get tom anymore, I had a histrectomy in 1993. I noticed my weight loss is at a snails pace. So yesterday I really cut down my carbs. I am going to try and keep them down for a while and see if that does not help. I want to go outside for a walk but it is so cold here and have been getting rain lately. I have been real lazy with my excercise lately, My neck got sooo stiff and hurt so bad that I did not want to do any type of excercise. I had that for about a week, finally it is feeling much better today. I am hoping for warmer weather becasue I like to walk outside and want to start working in my garden. I think on saturday I am going to start my cabbage, califlower and eggplants outside in a big tractor tire. So they are big enough once I start to plant my garden. I love working in my garden and wow is that going to be some good excercise, becasue my garden is pretty big. Once my plants are pretty big I will post some pictures of my garden. I am just about everyday in my garden and when I walk around in my garden I drag the hoe with me and when I see a weed I clip it off. I better stop, becasue when I start talking about my garden it is hard for me to stop.

I forgot to mention that my husband swears by the moon. When we seeded our crops before we started to rent out the land, he would plant the fields when it was close to full moon, he swears that the crops do better. He always wants me to plant the garden when it is close to full moon, but I do not believe in that and I always planted my garden when I felt it was the right time to plant it. He also believed the baby calfs really grow around the time of full moon. Their are alot of people around this area that believe the full moon has many things to do with the moon.

Vickie I dont think your crazy about the moon at all, when I worked in the nursing home the patience were absolutely out of control on full moons, I had my son on a full moon along with 35 other women, the nurses swore it was the full moon, my nurse practitioner even predicted my sons arrival because she said more babies were born on a full moon, and she was right. When I was a kid and lived on the Ranch the ranchers even commented on working overtime during full moons when it was delivery time. I think I have been stress eating alot too though, and I got my wish I woke up at 2:00 a.m. with that darn stomach bug....oh well such is life right.
Kitty I am going to plant my flower garden this weekend if feel better I cant wait
