Default Deals? If you know of some, pass 'em on!

For ladies, I really used the heck out of this site when I was
losing. The clearance section has lots of things ten bucks and
under. They have lots of stretch jeans too. Sizes are petite,
regular, tall and women's.

Newport-News.com

The mistake I made was going to department stores and buying things
because I could, and was exceited by the new me. I literally ended up
giving away thousands of $ of clothes; 26,24,22,20,18,16,14,12. Some
I could only wear for a week or two before I lost. A few still had
tags!

I gave the clothes, along with kids' clothes to the Walnut Ave.
Womens' Shelter in Santa Cruz. They assist women and kids who have
to flee domestic abuse with nothing but the clothes on their backs.
Don't know if you know, but a lot of the Goodwill stuff gets sold by
the ton and sent overseas, where they are sold in street markets.
Goodwill is good, but feels great to know the clothes I love go to
someone local who truly needs them. We all know about making new
beginning!

I also buy my whey protein from bulknutrition.com. They sell
optimum nutrition whey, which I love, in 10 lb bags; much more
economical than store bought 2 lb jugs. Lots of other brands. I think someone posted they beat the price by a few cents, but bulk gives me freebis, like shake containers and they are fast.

I got s/f concentrated flavors from flavors2go.com. You only need 3-
4 drops in water, coffee, shakes to escape the taste boredom.

Not to tout, just wanted to pass it along. I love a bargain!!

Do you have any faves?

Alt Weight Loss Surgery Insurance
Yes, you can often get insurance cover for your Weight Loss Surgery.
Our own Craig "Big-T" Thompson has been there and done that, and he's written an e-book about it.

WOW vickie...
i did learn that if you GOOGLE something to check off the FRUGGLE key and it will list the sites sold by cheapest price.
I did that with the stallone protein pudding that i like but im lazy and just get it now in my local GNC store with the store discount and no shipping its the same price.

AS far as clothes i want to shop tons in the stores but its hard to when i know i wont fit in stuff to long....so i am holding back and bought very little. ANOTHER person from a message board is sending me stuff and ill pay the freight and
i did buy a pair of jeans at the good will place, i dont have much of a choice when i have 3 small growing kids too to dress.

THANKS for shareng the deals!
