the last post i wrote in here was telling you all that i am "out of my funk" just wanted to let you all know i am still on track and i think i learned alot from all of this..i learned exactly how psylogical this whole journey is..i have pinpointed my triggers for food, when i am eating and why (something i probably should have done a long time ago) i never would have guessed how many things you experience with this and learn about yourself along the way...oh and i also want to report that all my hard work lately has paid off...i relost the 10 pounds i gained while i was lost

It takes concentration to follow the protocol of this surgery. Anyone can slip and have a bad day or two. But if you really want to succeed, you have to be consious of your actions at all times. If you have something that has led to food addictions in the past, be careful it doesn't transfer to another addiction--like shopping or drinking excessively. Support meetings I go to always stress to find the cause of your troubles, the ones that led to obesity. Without finding the root cause of your issues, regaining weight is always a possiblity. Glad you seem to be on track again. I finally got below 200 to 199, and now I'm 198 today. DAVE
