Actually...to be truthful...I am working nightshift but when Im off work ...Im always on the go...and I love every minute it !!! I work out on my stationary bike on days I have to work but on my days off Im at the YMCA swimming ! I go swimming atleast 3 times a week ! Im hardly ever home anymore...Im not a couch potato anymore...and I feel so fantastic !! I no longer have diabetes...im off half of my 5 BP pills ! Oh ya...I got to tell you...my waiste size was 60 and now its a 48...! Im now longer a 6X but Im now a 2X and getting slimmer everyday !! I LOVE THIS NEW LIFE !!! Never worry ladies...I will never leave this web site or forget about you wonderful people ! Im just starting to live again and I dont want to stop !! Oh ya...MsVickie...Im always smiling my dear !!!
