Weight Loss Method - | I received the same email. It is so true what she says. I have my own "Jillian" to make sure I put in the work believe me. Today I was teling her what my nut said and she yelled at me for not telling her before class started so she could kick my butt. The next challenge is to do the treadmill for 1 week at 3.5 for 40 minutes. Wish me luck!
